The Home Stretch!

With only 6 pounds to 200, it seems I have hit a stalemate.
I still am working out and walking and even watching what I eat, but these last few pounds wont fall off.
I am trying my best to not be discouraged, it's just frustrating.
The silver-lining , though, is that I can maintain a lower weight.
I am going to have to face the fact that if I want to drop these 6 pounds (and the other 24 after) I will have to step it up.
I've done it before and it shouldn't be as hard as it was then.
I'll keep you updated.

Awesomeness!

What's better than a poached egg?
A poached egg with CHORIZO!

As my loving Mom pointed out, I love to put chorizo in everything, and the poached egg is now my favorite.
I served it on a tortilla with cheese.
This may seem unhealthy, but I didn't do like Old Andy, I only had two and that's it.
Old Andy would've had five with chips and twice as much cheese.
Also, FYI, I'm closing in on 200lbs and feel terrific!

Cold=Extra Exercise!


I've been know to hate driving in rain, shine and snow.
Thus the recent ice storm that hit Texas gave me a good reason to walk to the store instead of driving.
It took about 40 min.s back and forth, but it was worth it.
The only hardship came while walking across streets when the wind would blow cold across my naked face.
I miss my beard.
